Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier

Our free tier (currently free sample practice sets) is free of charge and non-refundable by nature — there is nothing to refund.

2. Paid Membership Refunds

We want you to be confident before you subscribe. Our refund policy is:

• Within 48 hours of your first purchase, you may request a full refund if you have accessed less than 20% of the paid question bank content, by emailing support@advikprep.com with your account email and reason.
• After 48 hours, or after accessing 20% or more of paid content, purchases are non-refundable, because the product is instantly and fully deliverable digital content (see the EU notice below for why this matters legally, not just as our house policy).
• Renewal charges (auto-renewal payments after your first billing cycle) are non-refundable once processed — cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged again (see Section 4).
• We may, at our discretion, make exceptions for demonstrated technical failures on our end (e.g. you were charged but never received access).

3. Important Notice for EU/UK/EEA Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU and UK consumer protection law, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day "cooling-off" right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content once you've begun downloading/accessing it, if you gave your express, informed consent to immediate access and expressly acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By clicking "Subscribe" / "Pay now," EU/UK/EEA consumers expressly agree to immediate access to the paid question bank and acknowledge that they thereby waive the 14-day statutory withdrawal right for that content, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This is why our checkout flow must include an explicit checkbox or statement to this effect.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription (Auto-Renewal)

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time:

1. Log in → go to Account → Membership
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. You'll receive an email confirming cancellation and the date your access ends.

Alternatively, email support@advikprep.com with "Cancel Subscription" and your account email — we will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.

Cancelling stops future renewal charges. It does not retroactively refund the current billing period — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@advikprep.com before filing a chargeback with your bank/card issuer — we can typically resolve billing issues faster directly, and an unresolved chargeback may result in suspension of your account.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted.
